While some aspiring chefs choose to appear on Masterchef, everyone else does an apprenticeship. The Fonterra “Proud to be a Chef ” program is culinary experience with the lot for apprentice chefs. To promote the program we created press advertisements in key industry magazines, online elements and a DM campaign targeting the country’s best training institutions. Did we bite off more than we can chew? Hell no.
